FAQS

CAN I PARK NEAR TO THE DOG FIELD?

Yes you certainly can. The dog fields and car parks are adjacent to one another, with a catch pen between the two. The parking area is for your exclusive use during your time slot.

WILL I ENCOUNTER ANY OTHER DOGS DURING MY SESSION?

Dogs should remain in vehicles until the vehicle is safely parked inside the secure parking area. Other dog paddock users must wait outside of the parking area until your sessions ends and theirs begins. As such there should be no unplanned meeting of dogs.

IS WATER AVAILABLE IN THE DOG PADDOCK?

Yes there is. We have a dog bowl and washing points in both of our paddocks for your use.

FAQs: FAQ

ARE THE PADDOCKS ACCESSIBLE TO WHEELCHAIRS?

Yes definitely. Woodview Paddock and Old Quarry Field are largely flat grass fields, with good access gates. We do have a gravel surface in the car park area and it should be noted that whilst the paddocks are essentially flat, they are based on natural terrain and there is the odd lump and bump. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance and we will be pleased to meet you at the paddock entrance and show you in/assist in any way needed.

IS THE FIELD SECURE - CAN MY DOG JUMP OUT?

We have made our very best efforts to make the paddocks as secure as possible. We have a 6ft tall secure fence to prevent escapees. We have also installed a double gate system, both on the car park and paddock entry system.

ARE THE PADDOCKS EASY TO ACCESS?

Yes. They are secure to ensure your privacy and safety, but the paddocks are accessed via good access roads and tracks. The paddocks are on a flat, well-maintained surface with easy to operate gates.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY DOG POO BAGS?

Don't worry at all. We have a bag dispenser of biodegradable bags situated inside the dog pen, along with a disposal bin for your use. We just ask that you pick up all dog mess left by your dogs in the session.
