XL BULLY TYPE DOGS - OUR POLICY

We welcome XL Bully type and other dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 at Grange Farm and recognise the important of all dogs having the opportunity to exercise freely and enjoy healthy play times. All such dogs are subject to our standard terms of use but must also comply with the following conditions, as imposed by our insurance company:

•  the dog is registered or specifically exempted from the applicable legislation and a copy of the exemption order/certificate is provided to us prior to your first visit (please send to enquiries@grange-farm.co.uk)

• you provide a copy of your Public Liability insurance certificate for the dog. 

• the dog handler ratio is 1:1 for any such dog at all times 

• only dogs from one household can exercise in the field at any one time

• the dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate to the main exercise field area is closed, at which point both can be removed

• the dog is put back on a mead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the main exercise area.
